8/11 The initial committee of 11 will propose a continuity plan whereby every 6 months (starting from the first $LUNA staked), the Terra community will have the opportunity to vote on the composition of the following committee 🗳️

5/11 The Committee will have complete autonomy in deciding how to distribute the $LUNA that TFL wishes to stake, and TFL will retain control over the amount of $LUNA to be delegated / undelegated / redelegated and when this happens.

4/11 Through the Terra Delegation Committee, a staking program will be put in place to accomplish the above objectives and support Terra ecosystem growth 🚀

3/11 As described in the proposal, 125M $LUNA from the grant will vest linearly over 5 years with a 1-yr cliff, and can be staked to incentivize active participation in the network, provide services for the ecosystem, and ensure balanced decentralization.

2/11 The TDC was formed to act as an independent community committee, staking a portion of the $LUNA received from the TFL Community Grant across various Terra validators based on established criteria.
